Is there an idiots guide to starting chatting with AI?

I have zero idea what any of the terminology or titles in the forums mean.

Models, bots, libraries, training, spaces, tokens. etc..

Ive had a few conversations using the chat, but also reached my limit quite quickly and cant see how to find out when the limit resets.

Probably something related to Hugging Chat…? I think it basically doesn’t reset unless you wait a month.

BTW, for Hugging Chat-related matters, the Discussion section is more detailed than the forum.
